As good folks here suggested, I could chargeback the $200 deposit. Also, potentially give them the opportunity to avoid a report to USDOT and terrible reviews through a fair settlement. I appreciate the forum input and the opportunity to process this. Thanks.

I picked mine up from the dealer Watched them prep the car and drive the 500 ft to top it off. when I got in it had 5 miles on the clock. the only way you will get anything out of this is from the paperwork. If when delivered you singed and accepted without annotation of the discrepancy you are probably SOL. I'm Not a lawyer but I pretend to be one in the latrine. Do like Elsa "Let it Go" I use to be wrapped tight and would have hunted the guy down and put two to the chest and 1 to the dome. As I age (60+) I realize all that just made me feel miserable. I don’t think the last three commenters read the thread. I have said that I am pinning things down before I take action. Shipper appears to have blurred pickup odometer reading, making it unreadable. Shipper left dashboard off for delivery odometer reading. Shipper signed Bill of Lading attesting to low odometer reading at pickup. Toyota Relationship Manager is collecting any data from transmission of driving activity that dashboard sticker states is on by default until deactivated and is getting whatever information the dealer can provide on miles at pickup. If there were 50 miles on it at pickup, I’m fine. Please at least read before you judge.
