Regarding my 2023 Subaru 3 L premium, should I have them swap tires from side to side when it is serviced? I know not to have them swapped front to rear but was unsure about side to side?

I always rotate my tires side to side every 5k... just be sure the tires aren't directional. Prolongs the lifespan and reduces edge feathering.

Assuming stock Supra, Tires are directional. You’d have to have them dismounted and remounted. But if they’re in the kind of condition that you have to flip them you’re probably better off with new tires.

If it’s a Subaru I don’t know and IDGAF.

Edit: looks like I’m wrong, stocks are asymmetrical. Got rid of my stock wheels and tires under 1k miles.

I appreciate the one guy giving me the benefit of the doubt. This is Supramkv forum , so it not only seems possible, but likely that I am talking about a supra rather than a Subaru. Does Subaru make a 3 L premium car? Did not catch my mistake until it was pointed out to me. I am a big fan of Subarus Barkly family, though ?

I am a little hesitant to say anything at this point, so many people waiting to skewer other people, but I am still not sure what you have said in your post. Are you saying that I should not swap tires from side to side because of tread orientation. tire tread is good on all tires. I would appreciate clarification, thanks in advance.

All tires are rotational, that's kind of the point.

You probably meant asymmetric or directional. The stock tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sport, which are asymmetric but not directional, so there aren't separate "left" and "right" tires. You can swap the stock tires side to side without problem.

Oops you right. I meant directional. Didn’t know the stocks were asymmetrical. I got rid of them at 1000 miles lol

Then do your own research instead of asking a bunch people on the internet with different responses.
