I happened to take mine to Longo Toyota for the stupid speaker rattle and they notified me there when i picked up the car that they did a software update. i had dropped the car off all day cause i had work but they told me the software udpate took a few minutes.

I’ve had warranty work done before at Cabe and had a pretty good experience. Their online appointment system has no idea what the Supra tech’s schedule is though (guess how I know ). So you should call ahead and ask when the Supra tech is in and when you can come in.

What happened at Longo? I've been there and some of their advisers have no clue about the car.

There is an Asian adviser there by the name of Eric, he's actually pretty good.

I went to Keyes and my car came back with everything functioning. Took about 4 hours. Apparently, they only have 2 techs that can work on the Supra. I guess that means there are less people to mess things up.
