I just got some TE37 SL in Supra spec. I’m looking into 305/35 in rear and 275/35 up front with Eibach lowering springs. Anybody running this combo? Any rubbing issues?

I think 305/35 will rub in the rear, not sure about the front

most run 305/30 rear

I would 100% run a 30 series tire for that setup. 305/35 is too big IMO.

I have the same wheels and was wondering the same. I assumed 265/35 & 285/35 would be "normal" but would like to know what people think is optimal for a street setup

Unfortunately the tire I was hoping to get doesn’t come in a 30. I would like to get NT555R2 and only 305/35. Not a 30 otherwise I would have. I do like the meatiness of the tire. Maybe I’ll have to get different springs to not be so low. Just not sure. I know they make the NT555G2 in a 305/30. But I’m not sure the traction would be there.

285/35/19 for those tires. Why bother going with a radial like that without the flex you get from the sidewall? You'll lose the traction you gain from the extra width.

Based off what I learned today, 265/35 and 285/35 only about 7mm difference in sidewall height, would you say those tires are squared sidewall? Really looking for a very square tire and can’t seem to decide between 285/35 -295/35- or 305/30 on the 10.5 rear rim. ?
