Steering wheel/acceleration issue

Anyone have an issue where when I press the accelerator and let go there’s like a flick feeling feedback on the steering wheel

I left it at a ppf store and picked it up and started having the issue, should I take it to bmw to diagnose?

You mean flick feeling as in the wheel turning? Maybe after PPF'ing some lane-keep assist sensor got knocked-out of whack (if you have that safety feature enabled)?
