I love it here. It's the ONLY reason I put up with it. Well, that and I make 3x more here than I would in any other state, while doing half the work. 🤣
I love it here too. However….. in the back of my head, I know I can sell my house and use the equity to buy a house cash in az. Then I could work at Autozone and still live comfortably.

I don't know that I can take a 79% pay cut to work at AutoZone. Arizona can't be that cheap. :D Plus, I'd have to leave CA. That's a lose/lose for me. After I retire, though...
Kidding. I hope to retire somewhere near a beach. Some beach. Any beach. 🤞Unfortunately I like living here too much to leave, so make more/pay more, I must.

I overpaid. I got mine. It was right when Covid pricing was starting to come down. I paid $72k. It had 15k miles and the newer engine already installed. Cars and Bids refused to list the car with a reserve so ended up selling at $67.6k. Could have been worse, I guess. Between the out-the-door price and the extended warranty I purchased.. I lost my shirt a bit.
On a side note: I'll also say that I was deeply disappointed in the Service Dept of my local Ford dealership. The car had two problems that I told them how to fix, but they continued to deny anything was wrong. They weren't the reason I sold the car, but definitely part of the reason I didn't drive it on the street much.

Shit I wish I could get a deal like that right now. Their value right now is more than MSRP.
Kind of crazy that the value has held and gone up. The base 350's are 55-70k.Than the 19-20 are 75-85k.Wish I would of got one 2 years ago when i was looking at them.

Everything is going up from Corollas to Lamborghini. Inflation is killing it right now. I honestly don't understand where everyone is getting all this money.
I have one car that has increased in value, quite a bit. Tempting to sell, but now I can't afford anything to replace it with. Another car I have has held value without much +/- which says a lot about newer car values vs classics.
I guess covid pricing is the new norm, bring-a-trailer is now where you go to buy $1m cars, and gas is over $5 per gallon. What in the actual f**k? LOL
