somewhere between B and C... if the car is indeed heavier than 1400kg, then that would be unexpected from the time I was still on that side; however, one of these I6 trims has that iron block motor with the yamaha tuned head and that is far more badass than the tuned B58 I thought was coming.

I always expected the auto only thing from a long time back, and I always expected the car to be +/-5k from 55k so...

Do you have any info that would indicate that the tuned B58 will be offered at all, or will all I6 trims get the better engine?

well, all they said is the flagship or top trim I6 will have the iron block, so if a lower spec exists then it may be aluminum block. To add to the confusion, the likelihood of them all being called B58xxx is fairly high (iron block one might get a Toyota name though, at least for Toyota).

it's hard to get anything awesome out of them anymore at all, and that's definitely due to pressure from external sources more so than Tada. He typically doesn't care as long as there is buzz and excitement.

the one senior engineer that used to feed me the really awesome stuff just continually repeats "wait for release and you will see."

Yamaha tuned head? Your entire quote has removed any and all doubts i had about the a90. I can't wait for this car's release and see what it has in store for us. Can't wait to watch and read all the engineering that went behind this.

@A70TTR is 300KM/H a good guess for the Supra's top speed? Considering the 7400 redline, which probably means 8000 (in base). because I've been trying to figure it out right now
