Jesse and I do go out for food quite often. Well, we usually order delivery. But we do really like Flemings.

Depends on goals. But tires & wind buffetting solution, tint (good tint, keep it cool in the car). Get a good one buffetting thing. I like AWE.

Thanks, I got 2/3! car is in the shop as of this morning for ceramic tint all around and my rexspeed windy things are in the mail! I think I’ll powder coat the stock wheels this winter and go back on with some decent 275/305 NT555 or similar. Tire suggestions for street with occasional drag strip use?

Since no one has answered this question for me. Do you think it'll be alright if I drive up to North Jersey for a week in stock summer tires? Or am I at risk of cold November weather going up the east coast from North Carolina...?

yeah no one can answer that for you. Check the weather extensively and drive at your own risk.
I did take the chance few years back and weather was sunny at ~35-45 throughout the week/day. No issues. Had the tire temp screen on most of the time. 8 hr drive. then a week, extremely short commute. then 8 hr back.
You are risking your safety and exposing the tire compound to temps it isn't designed for.
