Even in stock form 1-3 are useless, now tuned the car is basically not even fun anymore. IDK what it is about this car but Ive owned WAAAAAAAAAAAY more powerful that didnt have these kinda traction issues. Im looking to upgrade my tires/ possibly wheels too. Ive had mps4s and they are maybe a tad better than the mpss that are on now. What are some alternatives that serve a DD function too? I hear Indy 500 are pretty solid, RRR's, ..on a 10 inch wheel you can maybe put 295's? thanks in advance

Toyo R888R for the rear in 295/30/19

Should improve traction drastically

Did it on my F80 before and many more friends have the same setup too

Cup 2's did not hook very well in a straight line.. Tried them before the Toyo's. For track and daily driving you can't beat them, very quite and a lot better in the wet

I have wheels on order and I've been doing exhaustive research on tires. I've narrowed it down to RE71R, AD08R, or R888R. I'm pretty positive I'm going to go with 888's.

Not apples to apples but I had the Bridgestones on our GTO and they were terrible when matting the throttle as well.

and the fronts or did you keep the mpss? I cant do miss matches...OCD
Kept MPSS on fronts, This was on my M3

Supra still has stock tires since I plan on track days and 295/30 will offset balance

Its intended for putting the power down for street use or 1/4 mile

If you want all around R888R's to fight OCD do 265/35/R19 fronts with the 295 rears.. Good balance for track too
