Went to install my titan catless downpipe today, when i went to transfer the gasket it absolutely would not fit onto the titan dp. I have an extra ETS dp laying around so i through the gasket on it and it fell right into place. Anyone else have issues with the titan? I havnt heard of a single complaint about them so just seems odd i would be the only one with this issue.

I fit mine on my Titan DP just fine. I had to press down around it. It shouldn’t just fall into place.

Update: Received my Boost Logic downpipe, gasket fit perfect, dropped right in. Sent the titan back for refund. Just a heads up to anyone in the market for a downpipe…you get what you pay for.

Yeah, my Titan didn't play well with the OEM gasket either, and took some brute force to lock everything down. Like you said, it's the least expensive one for a reason.
