I know it's probably for legal and or liability reasons but the wording of that statement doesn't give me much confidence. I'll wait for some reviews, still need to get my car tuned to remove the CEL from the catless DP anyway.

Yea the Japanese entity is basically distancing themselves from the US entity for any potential claims. Funny enough US entity is still trying to pass as the Japanese entity..

Sort of reminds me of Merck USA vs German Merck mess.
