Hi Everyone, little background have a 23 A91-MT almost at 6k mi. TPMS error warning came on a couple weeks ago, reluctantly took it to the dealer to have it checked out. Found out the front drivers side tpms had an error and was replaced under warranty. Here's the kicker, Toyota themselves couldn't reset the tpm system in the car and had to take it to my local tire shop to get them programmed.

Fast foward to yesterday, drove the car to work ~35mi no issues tpms was working displaying tire pressure and everything. Even got gas during my lunch and was all good. Got into the car to drive home and the error message popped up again stating the car could not recognize the tmp sensors in the wheels. Read the code with an OBD adapter this morning and was stating the front left and right tpms could not be recognized. I also tried reseting the tpms by driving around for a bit but progress stayed at 0%.

Has anyone else ran into this issue with their car?

I had tyre the pressure warning come on yesterday (out of the garage and into the cold weather), decided to top up the air and reset the TPMS …. First of all it asked for wheel size which meant driving the car, however it only made it to 99% so After driving around town for over 1/2 hour yesterday I gave up however it did give me the option to set the Tyre pressure so once again 30 or so minutes driving around town and eventually got 100% but the green tyre boxes had no temperature or pressure data showing….. turned the car off and restarted after 5 minutes and everything was back to normal and the new pressure settings all captured….. I’ve not tried since so if I have any issues I’ll post them here … by the way that’s the first time my 2022 car has showed the TPMS warning
