Trouble with Navagation. Any ideas?

I have a 2021 3.0 with 2800 miles. I was disappointed that it has no Android Auto, but using the car's navagation is pretty good, much better than most. But now all of the sudden when I say a command, the pic of the mic stays on with the wheel spinning and nothing happens. Then after a minute is says ‘Enter the address’. Before I could say for example, ‘Navigate to Lowe’s' and immediately would give me a list to choose from. Now it either does nothing or wants me to enter an address. Any idea's?
