Trunk rattle

I’ve noted a worsen rattle going over bumps. Dropped the cover off the trunk and noted this module is loose due to 3 small broken screw stand offs. I’ve never messed with the trunk before so I know I haven’t caused this. If anyone else is having this issue might be a good idea to check one of these 2 boxes to see if they’re loose/broken.

From the factory? I bought the car new in 2023. The rattle only started about a month or so ago and got worse to the point of me losing my mind enough to pull the trunk cover off

Yes. The factory installed a bad diff output shaft seal in my car. The also installed a bad Toyota emblem on the nose.

I got mine with a "not so great" transmission cooler line attachment, which was obviously poorly installed at the factory. It was leaking trans fluid a few months into ownership.

Took out the broken standoffs and used some longer m2 screws from my laptop screw set to screw in to the remaining part of the standoff. Fixed for now.
