would the AA downpipe fit with an Akrapovic exhaust/link pipe (or just skip the link pipe)? Trying to see if it's worth saving money to get a ~1k AA downpipe vs spending 2.2k on the Akrapovic one just to have the full set - especially when it seems the AA seems pretty reliable for not causing a CEL.

Second question - what is the " turbo to downpipe gasket " option?
AA downpipe will fit stock and Akrapovic midpipe

you can re-use the stock gasket or get a new one for the new downpipe install

What's the difference between 300 CEL vs 400 CEL with these downpipes? I see AA updated theirs or whatever. New to the catted downpipes.

AA updated their cats, they now use the newest GESI model
For me, this is important. Iā€™d like a more efficient (I.e. less estrictive) DP, but I donā€™t want to pollute more. In fact, Iā€™d not get a DP that I thought reasonably polluted more than stock or whatever the standard is (I donā€™t want to sound self righteous here). Catless is a non-starter for me unless I turn my Supra into a track-only vehicle.

Think there's any point at all to going full Akrapovic vs swapping out the downpipe for a cheaper one? Obviously sound/tone is a consideration but truthfully I've never heard a full Akrapovic Mk5 in person (just the titanium exhaust/midpipe), couldn't rightly say if it was worth the extra ~$1200 over the industry standard when it comes to the downpipe. Also, the Akrapovic looks rather small comparatively, curious on how much better the flow is compared to stock.

Any vendors have the AA catted in stock that can send me a quote please?
Active is out of stock at this time, they are getting catless this week. I can have them custom build a catted downpipe for you (takes 1-2 additional days).

I'm interested in getting the AA catted option. What's the timeline to get one? Also been looking at the Akraprovic exhaust/midpipe. Happy to go to PM's or chat elsewhere.

Does this Cat work with post 6/20 Supras? Could you run this without a tune? Looking to open up the stock exhaust sound more. Thanks

It will work fine, you wont get the full benefits as tuned... But it will give you some added sound as well.

Look into the AMS catted Dp. I would stay clear of AA in-till they figure out what quality control means
