Undercarriage Question (Rusted Fenderliner Bolts)

Just wanted to post here and see if anyone in the midwest had rusted bolts on the undercarriage of their Supra. Also if I should have the undercarriage liner taken off and inspected for anything behind it. Appreciate any help ya'll can offer.

If it was driven in the rain or during winter the coating on the bolts will eventually erode and allow rust to form. Very common in cars driven all year.
