Visconti Flex Kit Installation Question

I'm not sure if I'm installing this wrong or one of the bolt is not the correct size. One of the bolt is a bit smaller compared to the other one. When I tried putting it on the fuel line, it doesn't fit. If you look at one of the image with the red lines I've drawn, one is a bit smaller.

The fittings have changed since I installed mine, but I’m pretty sure that’s an adapter since the ethanol sensor has a different pipe size than the Supra hardline

You see that notch that is in the middle of the fitting? Place that notch over the "lip" of the fuel line and push until it clicks into place and is secure on the fuel line. Then you should be able to tighten the fitting to the flex fuel sensor. Hopefully I'm understanding your question correctly.

The Zeitronix ethanol sensor is 3/8" EFI (larger), and the fuel hardline to the high pressure pump is 5/16" EFI (smaller). You have one threaded fitting for each size, and each "snaps" onto the lip of the hardline as @baagel says. Then the Visconti-labeled barrel joins them together.

The snap fit is very tight.
