i am sorry, i was asking because normally when you run a big turbo upgrade and different manifold, you have run external wastegates to control the boost with a boost controller. Our stock turbo/manifold uses our factory internal wastegate that allows to control the boost by our ecu. Thats why I am confused why you even want to do this? Are you trying to run an open dump tube from the wg for the jet sound?

you dont have to use external gates on the turbo. some aftermarket companies just choose to do that. my car is all factory ecu controlled. no pnuematic boost control is faster or more precise than the Factory electronic boost control.
