I've had my supra for a year now, and I didn't give that sound much attention,
does anyone hear a clicking sound from the wheel hub when turning in high g'?
And strange metal sound from the wheel well when traveling straight? I can hear it when I'm driving near a wall

I had the same issue, which tuned out to be rock in the brakes. Luckly, no damage.

Try checking your wheel lugs, if stock they should be torqued to 140 N-m.
