What did you do to your Supra today?

F1 pinnacle is a fantastic film; I have airblue 80 on my truck and love how the blue hue looks. On your car however, it looks more green, which I think is due to the BMW glass color; can you confirm? (are you able to upload any pictures of it in with direct sunlight?)

I will if we ever get any sun, chance of rain for the next 10 days. I don't even notice the Air blue TBH. If I had to say it is a slight bit blue. Most likely the light reflection from the Nitro Yellow could be giving it a green cast.

Finished up four straight days of paint correction with a coat of cquartz uk 3.0.

I had never applied a ceramic coating before. The first section was a bit nerve wracking, but the process ended up being super easy. Great product and finish.

Tried to put a car magnet (track numbers) on the car doors today... only to realize they don't stick on the Supra. Our doors are aluminum right?

Guess I gotta use double sided tape or something

Got it aligned today, it definitely cleaned up the feel and fixed the weird shimmy the car had whenever the rear tires hit a bump. I don’t know what BMW/Toyota has been doing to the suspension on the assembly line, but cars shouldn’t be coming out of the factory with the alignment that far off.

Either way, it feels great now. I’d say if the current handling is a 10, then H&R springs plus the Eibach front sway with the stock alignment was an 8, and completely stock was a 4. My WRX with stock suspension and snow tires feels more planted around corners than the Supra did stock, no exaggeration. I think a big part of that was the poor factory alignment on mine, but the springs and sway made a massive difference as well.

They will stick on the rear quarter panels. Looks pretty good IMO.

Ya I noticed it was magnetized there. Unfortunately the numbers are quite big (about 18" tall) so theres no great spot to put it. I'll keep playing around with it and see what I can do.
