I try to never wash in direct sun. Not because of heat stroke, but the soap dries up quick. ??What, you don't wait until the hotest, sunniest day of the week like I do? Heat stroke builds character.
Yea, the SPL rear traction links + toe bars substantially helped the rear on track. Especially on my 2020.As a follow-up to this post, I was able to take the car out a bit since Monday after having these components installed. Either I completely forgot how the car drove before or the difference the traction links make is more substantial than I had anticipated. I've done a couple of things to get some slop out of the drive train and rear end, which I think is a major issue that needs to be addressed in this car if you're doing track work. I've installed Twisted Tuning "upgraded" transmission mounts, SPL Parts solid aluminum differential mounts, SPL Parts sway bar end-links (and aFe sway bars), and now the SPL Parts traction links. The former three components did a fantastic job removing sloppiness from the vehicle in the aforementioned areas, and the NVH isn't nearly as bad as some on this site have stated, in my opinion (with the caveat that everyone's limits are different). The traction links really tightened the back end up, though. It just feels so stiff, tight, and planted going into, during, or coming out of a turn. It's great.
Super easy! I just handed over my credit card and it was magically done. ? I have a 5mo (and a 4yo) at home so my ability to work on long projects in the garage is currently limited. But really, I'm glad it's not just me re: the traction links. I was really surprised as how big of a difference they made to the feel of the rear end.Yea, the SPL rear traction links + toe bars substantially helped the rear on track. Especially on my 2020.
How was the install on the trans mounts and SPL diff mounts?
can't speak to the diff mounts, but the trans mounts took roughly 20 minutes including jacking the car up lmaoYea, the SPL rear traction links + toe bars substantially helped the rear on track. Especially on my 2020.
