Yeah McDonalds doesnāt have the same appeal (or probably quality as well) over hereI'm not sure how I feel about it yet, but I swapped out my stock wiper blades for something different.

Definitely worth buying a better air compressor. These battery ones now have really improved. Got my kid one for trips, charge the puterFixed the broken lead on my emergency air pump's 12V connector:

Also, ordered another "Compressor Assembly, Air", part number 44890-WAA02, with a hopefully less janky cord.
Badass!!!!! So glad to hear you got your little woman out there. I got my wife into it as well. Itās great to be able to go together and have a āsponsorā![]()
Had an awesome first track day with the Supra at Sebring International Raceway.
I planned on driving, but I ended up surprising my wife and handing her the helmet instead.
She had an absolute blast behind the wheel! It was also great to connect with the local GR community as well here in FL. We met a few other Supra owners, along with folks in GR86s and GR Corollas.
GR Corolla didnāt make it to the last lap however, it overheated.![]()
Damn! Dinner is served though? Glad it wasn't worse. Was on my way to Road Atlanta for the weekend when an executive approached me from the new Rocket League Live Action Series...offered me a tryout.
Safe to say, I nailed it.
*loud noises warning*
What a blast to watch! I was rooting for you to stay in front of that C8! Whats the setup on the car? Mods?Took the car to the track:
Had a major storm on Saturday and we drove under the rain: very educational. LOL.
I had my street tires, some of the faster guys with grippier tires were sliding more than me and going slower than me. I got the check ride for HPDE2
Sunday was sunny and nice. Car as always performed. First time driving solo.
Plan is to do a few track weekends, then sit with an instructor to correct mistakes.
even tho is not about how fast can go, my times continue to improve as I trust myself more on the wheel.
Video here
Normal. Just open the hatch. You dry under there anyway.I gave mine a thorough washing and installed the set of wheel spacers I got from another owner here.
Now I have a question. The bottom of the back window seems to be a place that collects water. The gap between the glass and the body is like 3/16th of an inch. Is everybody's that way? Anybody concerned about that? Or know of a way to fix it?
I don't mind wicking it dry, or opening the hatch and making it all flow out near the top, but this is my daily driver and it rains a lot here in SW Florida!
I havent put gas in mine since the beginning of May. Maybe I should drive it more.....Gassed up my baby
Sure you can find some weather stripping from Jeff (Amazon) if you desired.I gave mine a thorough washing and installed the set of wheel spacers I got from another owner here.

Thanks! It was a really gripping experience (pun intended)What a blast to watch! I was rooting for you to stay in front of that C8! Whats the setup on the car? Mods?
DId the EVO check out or dip off the track? Didnt see him after like halfway through the video!
Beautiful! Iāve turned so many laps around homestead in iRacing, made it even more enjoyable! Thanks! It was a really gripping experience (pun intended)
day one was great because of the rain. But day 2 was amazing.
that white corvette was on my mirror during the entire session but for some reason he kept coming out of the turns into the long straights way slower than I expected.
we were NOT racing but I will call victory there!!!! Little Supra proved its worth against that beast.
funny thing you ask about that EVO. That unassuming car was an absolute animal. We drove one behind the other on 2 sessions and he was FAST! but at one point he lifts and lets me pass and goes limping to Pits. Why? I donāt know! I looked for the driver to talk but couldnāt find him. I was thinking the brakes were giving up? Car got too hot?? Happened on both sessions.
one thing is very real: car racers are concentration demons. Just the presence of a car in front or behind you takes away from the focus of driving. I got phenomenal footage of the EVO making mistakes when I was too close to him and me making mistakes when getting close to him or having the Vette behind. (Will post here for fun) and I recorded a few people spinning on the rain.

regarding my car is Stock engine power but the rest is wildly modified. I was on my Conti street tires because Iām a beginner (now level 2!) driver. So itās more car than driver skills, but I can tell Iām getting better.
