yes i sanded and did one coat of primer. Sorry i never think about it anymore because i sand and prime everything i paint. started with 220 grit and then fished with 320 grit. made it pretty smooth

Got bored today so had a play with the car after updating the Tune

You can see here an opening into the wheel well, I was concerned with stuff getting up in there & it looks like nothing so far

Here is looking towards the front of the car, you can clearly see the factory air intake, quite a bit smaller than the air filter exit

Must say after not driving it for a bit "My Goodness" it flys with the BM3 Stage 2.2 tune

Wow I did not know the MST intake used the wheel well too. I thought only eventuri used it.. might have changed my mind about the MST..
