Autofinesse Spritz - it's very mild so you can use it on anything, and has an amazing gentle scent, not pungent and citrusy like most cheap brands. Not meant for heavy duty, it's for well kept cars for a spruce up.

Carpro InnerQD for daily use. Carpro Inside if the interior is more dirty.

Green label Autoglym Interior shampoo is my first choice by a slight edge over yellow Chemical guys interior cleaner and blue Adam's interior detailer.
They are all close imo and I get whichever one of these are on sale, the slight edge is cuz it's the most effortless out of the three to remove stains, all three smells decent and dries to a like new matte/satin finish
