Have a 6 port oem turbo unlocked bm3, e50+dp. I plan on going port injection to run full e85. What size injectors are recommended? 550? 750? 950? 1000? 1050?

Ask your tuner how he wants to set it up.

1000 or 750 are fine, but are you going to upgrade your turbo ever? You're only going to get so far with that little guy.
Thanks for the reply so let's say I do upgrade in the future. The 1000 will be good?

This! What are your long term power goals and do you plan to upgrade the Stock Turbo? If planning to stick with Stock Turbo and want the 100% E85 for ease you can even get by with the lowest option @ 550cc. These are enough to max out your Stock Turbo and the boost that "little guy" can push.

Most usually run PI to provide much more fuel and mainly for upgraded Turbos. If you plan to go Upgraded turbo in any shape and form in the future consider getting the larger injectors (than 550cc Injectors) now and not looking back.

Are you staying I can switch to full e85 by just changing the injectors??? I thought PI and injectors were needed to run full e85. Currently I don't plan on upgrading the turbo, not within the next 5 years. Right now, I just want to hit 520-530/580tq. Right now, considering 750cc. Not sure about the 1000cc, won't ever push 800hp. End goal would be 600ish hp.

Since your sticking with stock turbos for the foreseeable future, the 550cc or 750cc will be perfectly fine for your goals

Looking at the 750cc. My final horsepower I want is around 600hp. In years though, not right now. I see the 750cc is an option with the PI, do you sell the 750cc alone??
Yes I do.

I’ve got a set of 48mm ID1050s. Will they work with the EOS plate or is the 34mm body the max size?

It all depends on your power goals for the car. Start with a goal and then you can do some calculations to determine what is the best size injectors. Do you plan to upgrade turbo, all those factors adds up.

As for injector sizes, here are some calculations/estimates:
550cc ~ 774whp
750cc ~ 885whp
950cc ~ 995whp
1000cc ~ 1022whp
1050cc ~ 1050whp
1300cc ~ 1188whp
1700cc ~ 1409whp

For reliability, you do not want to run greater than 90% duty cycle (85% is a good max DC).

With LPFP kit upgrades, you can adjust the aftermarket fuel pressure regulator to bump the fuel pressure up and get some more headroom on the injectors.

The injector size that works on most PI plates and manifolds are IDX1050.34.14.14 (for example)

Hopefully this helps
