Whistle/high pitched howling sound after engine switch off

On my 2022 Supra GR, sometimes when the car switches off during the auto start stop or when I turn it off completely there's a weird sound that comes from the steering / orac went inside the cabin. It's like a whistle. I've tried to record it because it happens sometimes only and when I switch the car on or rev it up (from its off state), it goes away within a second or two..

Any idea what this is? Car has done only 19k kms, I bought it at 15k kms and is still under warranty, they haven't been able to figure it out yet.

The throttle body also has a high-pitched whine when electrified. Constant tone.

I admit that this is louder than I expected, but smartphone cameras have a way of wildly distorting the apparent volume.

What would help is a video in the engine bay. Get the phone close to the grey plastic cover on the side of the throttlebody. Then try to point the phone down lower underneath the manifold by the oil filter cap. These two places will determine if it's the throttle body or water pump. If it's not those, I admit I'm pretty stumped.

It's actually probably louder than what's in the video. But yeah it happens 1 out of 10 times so it's impossible to make a video of the bay. But will check out these areas! Thanks for the feedback
