If I had a stock Supra and had to mod it all over again, the XHP flash would be the first thing I did even on a bone stock car.
Which stage of xHP tune can I apply to a stock Supra? Would I need to select different xHP maps when I go JB4? Sorry about the noob question.

Any stage you want, I go with stage 2 and when I flashed cars I always flashed stage 2 unless they asked for stage 1 or 3. but you could if you wanted to flash the stage 3 for your stock Supra. I personally think the stage 2 is the best overall unless you have a big turbo or built trans.

Also you can flash these tunes rather quickly after your initial flash. When i make changes its a minute 20-30sec flash.

Just for total clarity: you do not need a big turbo or a built transmission for Stage 3. Some people just find it too aggressive and prefer to run Stage 2.

Stage 3 felt almost like no change to me from no XHP, but I am tuned. I also have literally never driven my Supra in Auto.

The only thing I really noticed is that the shifts stay consistent on track. With OEM programming they would starting going soft as the car got heat in it.
