New stage 2 transmission, torque converter from Pure and a CF drive shaft from Titan/Driveshaft Shop went in today. Other small things, drive shaft loop & diff breather to clean up some of the mucky bullshit.

What are the benefits of opting for the race torque converter?

Does the EOS manifold require a new charge pipe if still on stock turbo (or pure 800) ?

Pretty much everything is done. The car is a mess, and the wiring and shit needs to be cleaned up. The Interior needs to get put back together, but we're ready for Texas. We have a bunch of shit to do when we get back, but for the most part, it's good to go.

Dyno yesterday. It made a little bit less than we were expecting because we ran out of gate, but it did well.

im, not sure what that means. Can you please elaborate?
The converter can slip under load. Let’s you build RPM without the car moving.

Hold the brakes on your car in Drive with your left foot, and give it gas with the right. At some point in the RPM band, you’ll feel the car ‘push’ through the brakes. The higher stall of the converter, the higher the RPMs when this happens.

We want to leave at 3500ish RPM with some boost under our belt, so you want a converter that will stall ‘high’.

Is the EOS DP different from other downpipes?

Not really. We just made it. It's a pipe. connects from turbo to.. nothing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Was considering using a AMS GESI DP if possible.
