Are you still on the 305/30 PS4S rears?

I'm only on OTS MHD stage 2 (98RON) and my DWS06+ rears can barely keep up. I haven't dyno'd but I'm sure it's still under 400hp since I'm a 2-port.

yep 305/30/19 rear. The tune is conservative, boost ramps up slowly so I don’t get wheel spin off the line but yes, when boost hits at around 3500rpm, I do spin in 3rd and 4th

the stock and OTS tunes seem to be much more aggressive, they try to get boost going ASAP which will make you spin in lower gears

I kinda enjoyed the low end power on the smaller stock turbo, we might tweak the tune to be slightly more aggressive on the low end and torque limit lower gears

Just did my first track day (night) and loved every bit of it! The car absolutely flies with the new turbo. Took a couple laps to figure out how to keep boost through corners but once that was down, it was on.

Track was the Dubai Autodrome Club Circut

The plan was to build a show car but now that I got a taste of the track, i will surely be doing this more often. Maybe a mixed steet/time attack build from here on out.

I felt the brakes starting to fade after about 4-6 laps, maybe i was too hard on them, but definitely looking to upgrade the pads. Tyres were alright, running PS4S 305s in the rear, they would spin at mid 4th exiting a corner but overall they were alright. Handling was also a bit loose so just added the AFE sway bars and end links to my cart.

The seat in, my opnion, needs an upgrade too as the whole left side of my body is sore. I am running stock cooling and did not notice any overheating what so ever. Ambient was around 26-28°C. Maybe the temp guage in the dash is not accurate, but I will get a CANchecked for more accurate stats.

Fully expected to take some damage on the Adro lip but none happened what so ever. Very happy. Will surely be looking into more track focused mods in the future

Went back to stock catback for now. Will probably get ether a custom exhaust setup or AWE resonated touring

The HKS dual muffler got real raspy after going catless, and I did not enjoy it

Just installed the Adro wing and diffuser to complete the Adro set! Also redid the hood paint job to be less ā€œin your faceā€.

Can’t decide if I want to go back to the black roof or not

Did you have any difficulties paint matching the hood considering it's matte? Does it look any different to the factory paint/panels? I'm looking at the V2 Adro front bumper but want to make sure I can have it match the factory matte paint

the match is 90% good. It’s ever so slightly darker and reflects light ever so slightly different but that’s the perfectionist in me talking

you need a good painter, my shop told me it took them 5 coats to get right. I suggest you ask them for many samples before doing the car. It’s all in the clear coats. The base is easy peasy

Satin white is very hard to match regardless. I perhaps got lucky

one more thing to consider is that the painted part will wear differently than the factory painted parts. Over time it may become mis matched.

Appreciate the info Faraz!

I went ahead and ordered the new bumper over the weekend so fingers crossed I can find a quality painter and keep the matte white finish.

Going to invest in some cooling by the time summer rolls around.

Future power goal is 650whp. Probably will be going with meth injection next winter once I get myself a manifold this summer
If you’re going to track for longer than a couple of minutes with that kind of power, you’re definitely going to want a manifold! Good choice ?

Which one would you recommend? I’ve heard great things about EOS. Would also wanna do meth at the manifold

The drag guys on here love EOS making it a solid choice. However, I’d checkout Razorlabā€˜s build page. He’s done lots of track days successfully with extra HP & an aftermarket manifold.

Yeah he uses Wagner. I’m looking for circuit application not drag. So perhaps Wagner might be a better choice.

I have Wagner and I love it. Granted it's my daily and I only do spirited street driving. I chose it based on pricing, ease of instal and value as I just wanted additional cooling for Texas weather and crawling in hot traffic. (That being said, I've been to Dubai four times and while Texas is hot, it's nothing like Dubai, so go with the one with the most cooling capacity. Lol.)

haha yeah we have intense weather sometimes 50°C in peak summers. Which one has the most cooling capacity? (One with the largest core I assume?).
