Most likely not.... wouldn't be able to afford the payments for both cars. and to mod both cars. But in all honesty i wouldn't mind owning another STI.

New here... hubs bought me (well he drives it too sometimes...?) a 2021 GR Supra A91 on 12/31/2020 to celebrate the last kiddos leaving the house ? and therefore hanging up my “soccer mom” MDX ? It’s an amazing treat to drive BY MYSELF (and with hubs ?) anywhere and everywhere now!! ! I never knew I was a car person until THIS CAR ??? WOW... fun fun FUN to drive ? I had no idea... loving it!
We live in the beautiful (albeit rainy) Pacific Northwest and look forward to many MANY road trips together in this baby.
I found this site when trying to identify a slight (but annoying) vibration noise in the cabin... what a great place this is! I appreciate all the knowledge and resources, I’m grateful for this GR Supra community ? (which I know know is the same thing as MKV )

From one newbie to another, welcome! The black is sooooooo nice on the Supra. Well pretty much any color is. I may have caved for a black one myself but the dealership I went to only had the absolute zero and tungsten in stock and they were the only dealer in the valley that would deal and didn't want at least 3K over MSRP.

Either way, welcome and hope you enjoy the car.

Hi everyone. New member from Riverside, CA here. My name is Tom and I’m a huge vehicle enthusiast. I’m also an avid gamer and have an extensive, useless knowledge base about funny TV shows and movies.

I currently own a 2020 4Runner 4x4 after not buying the A90, but the A91 3.0 Premium has me reconsidering the Supra. I’ve owned a decently long list of vehicles that I’ve customized over the years. I’ve found myself being either unimpressed by most of the vehicles released within the past few years or not being able to responsibly afford the ones that I’ve liked. The Supra is the closest thing to what I would like that I can actually afford.

If I get an A91, it would be my daily, but I would love to put it on air ride and some nice wheels along with other bolt on accessories (Intake, Inlet Pipe, upgraded stereo system, BimmerCode app, etc).

I hope to learn more about this awesome vehicle from you all and see if it’s the right fit for me to be happy while stuck in rush hour traffic during the week and taking it for drives on the weekend. I’ve already test drove one, but I want to see its quirks and how it applies to my life for a bit longer. So, if you know a legitimate place in SoCal where I can rent one at a reasonable price for a week, it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone. Just joined and am trying to decide if the Supra MKv is for me or not. I have looked at C6 Z06, C8, Porsche 997, Porsche Cayman, BMW 335, Lexus LC500, and probably everything else within even close to the Supra price range.

My thoughts are that I like the C8 but the price tag is a bit out of reach comparably. Then I really spend a bunch of time considering the C6 Z06 but I can't get past the crappy interior and it's obnoxious enough that I don't think my wife will want to ride in it, let alone drive it when necessary. Though I know it would be a fun car to slide around.

I'm a little scared of the Supra due to its size, but I'm only 5'11" and I can drive my son's BRZ just fine without feeling cramped. I'm encouraged by the fact that some YT peeps are getting serious HP increases without major money and modifications. It seems that 500 WHP is doable without spending over $4k. I'm also encouraged by the many performance and accessory options out there and the list keeps growing.

I currently drive a lifted, supercharged, Bully Dog'd, geared Tundra and my son's BRZ has a bunch of performance parts on it. So, I'm a big fan of modifying vehicles and that puts the Supra near the top of my list every time.

I'm sure I'll be asking some stupid questions from you all and I'll do my due diligence to search first, but sometimes you just don't find what you're looking for easily. I thank you in advance for all of the help that I'm going to receive.

Hi there from San Antonio!

Got my precious Phantom colored Supra a few weeks ago. Once I decided on treating myself to a fancy new car, I went in trying to get a blue A91...once I saw the matte (satin is more accurate) Phantom I quickly forgot all about the other one.

It's my daily driver now, and boy has this been an eye opening experience, having no real sports car experience of my own until now. What do you mean I have to be careful of tire temperatures with these tires? Huh...I can't just wash my car like normal? It costs HOW MUCH to fix a scratch on this thing? LOL!

I bit the bullet and put PPF and ceramic on the car shortly after taking possession, which gives me a significant amount of relief. Next up will be some all season tires, probably later this year. I'm not a person who modifies their cars necessarily, so this thing will likely stay mostly stock for years to come.

Like it Chris, I live in Brisbane and got a similar deal in October last year (also still can’t believe I finally own a 2-seater sports car with kids still in school!). But what a car, took it on my first ever track day yesterday and OMG I thought I couldn’t like it anymore than I already did. It ripped past a couple of Caymens but struggled with the V8 Mustangs... I then let one of the pro drivers show me the ‘cars potential’ ? ?, thankfully I still have some tyre wall left. It certainly turned a lot of heads on the track (not because of my driving) and I think I’ve found a new hobby ?. Take care man and enjoy!
