Do you mind if I ask the hardware costs on this? I'd love a short term (2-3 year) solution to the ping-y rubber band bass and if this could hold me over until someone comes up with a true total rework......
Cheers!

In a nutshell the Kicker PT250 has everything you need. The only additional items you'd probably need is T-Taps that hook up to the factory speakers and a Fuse Taps for the Remote Wire (both you can get on Amazon or your local Automotive Parts store such as AutoZone)

*Just know this option is good if you want a little more punch [fills the bass well since our cars have a really small cabin]. However, if you are looking for mirror shaking bass or want to hit really low Hz, then you'd want something else

You and me both, man.
I thought I was going to love the Seibon Ts styled hood but after seeing it the center section just doesn't work as well as this one (might) visually speaking.

Cut up my engine cover to accommodate the EOSpeed manifold/archer Fab charge pipe. Probably needs to be cut more for the top mount turbo kit, but it’s progress. Next task is to find paint for the red strip to match the color scheme I’m going for under the hood.

Unbelievable how perfect that looks.

I'm not you, but I'd black out the stripe and paint/powder coat the emblem the same color you did the turbo housing.

Thanks man. It’s by no means perfect but it came out good. I like the idea of powder coating the emblem and blacking out the stripe. Might just do that instead!
