What did you do to your Supra today?

Wiped it down. On the way to the detail shop for a quote, I decided to pull over and take a few shots to show off Auto Arts' work on the body. It's a little dirty, but the supra will get freshened up in a few weeks.

I have this same hood on the way... are you not running hood pins? I have an aerocatch set sitting in my kitchen but if I can get away without drilling holes in my hood...

All hoods lighter than OE weight should run hood pins or aerocatch. Always. That is, unless you want the hood to turn into an aerofoil, catch lift, and suddenly smash into your windshield at highway speeds.

Traded wheels from the ‘21 to the ‘22 — added 2.5% tint all the way around on the ‘22 (‘21 is 18%)

I have Aerocatches as well. I was going to install them after I gave the paint some time to cure. So far I haven't had any issues around 80. I wouldn't want to go too much faster than that without the catches installed.

Yea that’s where I got these. I don’t have any additional pics right now cause I threw them on and then we got some crummy weather.

Did a few things the past 3 days

Added a Kicker 10" Subwoofer (more details here > https://www.supramkv.com/threads/audio-upgrade-options.2297/post-171162)

Installed Armaspeed Air Intake - absolutely love the turbo sounds now! (I did have to add an additional gasket due to air leak issues, more info here > https://www.supramkv.com/threads/armaspeed-temp-sensor-issue.11549/post-172006)

And lastly, used my QuickJack for the first time to install the Active Autowerke Catted downpipe (got it used from a member on here ) and paired it up with my Armytrix Exhaust system. Absolutely livened up the exhaust note without being obnoxious and very little drone at 1,800 RPM under acceleration -- i'll say this, I have ASD disabled, when ASD was enabled, that made more "fake" drone noise than my exhaust setup now in sport mode. No check engine light and install wasn't terribly hard.

Do you mind if I ask the hardware costs on this? I'd love a short term (2-3 year) solution to the ping-y rubber band bass and if this could hold me over until someone comes up with a true total rework......

Yesterday, actually, but who's counting. I mentioned this in my build thread, but I should post here, as well.

I installed the 2019 BMW X5 ECU freshly off the boat from Femto in Russia in my 2021 Supra and prayed to whatever the fuck that the car would start. Results here.
