I definitely prefer a full leather-wrapped wheel (hopefully an option if I decide to go with Whirl).

That is a good point regarding the vibration, though I think most people would be fine without it.
Why not get the G29 Z4 msport steering wheel? Functions are largely a match with the Supra, IND says it’s plug and play. I prefer full leather too.

I think the wheel looks great. I had an Alcantara steering wheel and shifter on my last car and loved it, especially on the track, so I’m a little biased towards this over smooth leather.

If one of the M buttons could be mapped to the Sport button and the other mapped to exhaust flap then this would be the perfect wheel for me.

Well the reason would be… that I didn’t know that was an option haha. That is something I’ll have to look into when the time comes.

Probably! Couple guys in the FB comment section who also purchased the same wheel.

Oh ok.

Has anyone confirmed if the buttons are just plug and play yet or what happens with the vibrator motor?

Aza Auto Wheel now offering the same steering wheel.

I initially lost interest in purchasing a “Whirl” wheel after discussing with their rep., but a version from “Aza” has re-peaked my interest.

Couple small reasons. Mainly, the functionless M triggers would drive me crazy. Also, the wait time they provided made me uneasy since I’m impatient and it’s a company I could not find much info on. The rep on FB, him/herself, was very communicable though.

If I’m going to drop >$1200 on a steering wheel, I’d feel “safer” going with a renowned company like Aza.

Side note: The “GR” emblem on the Whirl wheel also looks kinda janky? Maybe it’s just the pictures I’ve found so far though…
