Why the Toyota called Camry a TRD not GR.

Agreed! Love the wheels they put on it.^^^ Thanks! Agreed AWD would have helped. They got the styling right tho.
It's the wing!Based on all the owners I see with these, they are the fastest race cars known to man.
If we are talking numbers wise, Toyota/Lexus V6 sedans have been stuck in the 0-60 in ~6 seconds and 1/4 mile in ~14.5 second range for the past 15 years. Only car to break that barrier is the 2nd Gen IS., and even that was back in 2006-07.
I remember back in 1998, my old GS400 (although with a V8) could keep up with a and even beat standard Mustang GT. If we are looking at that linear line of performance progression, I would think it would totally be reasonable by now for ToMoCo to offer a sedan that does 0-60 in 4 flat and 1/4 mile in the high 12ās.
perhaps I am being unrealistic here because such a sedan would beat up on a new Nissan Z, but hey
Again, strictly from a numbers perspective.
Please prove me wrong Toyota and build a V6 sedan that is faster than 0-60 in ~6 seconds and 1/4 mile in ~14.5 second.. all I am asking for is for you to actually beat your 2007 Performance benchmarks in 2022.
Well that honestly makes total sense from a marketing perspective, I suppose. It sucks. But makes sense. Thanks for pulling back the curtain.Iāve sold a few Camry TRD and Avalon TRD, theyāre super nice but Toyota doesnāt want us to compete with our Lexus division when it comes to V6 AWD cars, thatās why weāve never has a V6 AWD Toyota sedanā¦
I know I will always take on a Supra when I'm out in my Tacoma TRD Off-Road. Armor and all. Bring it!It looks OK but them TRD owners think it has LFA performance. They always want the smoke when Iām out and about in the Supra.
