Yep my passenger side is doing that aswell. I think it needs glueing down.

From what it seems to me this might be due to the interior panel coming off the clips a little. I had my panels removed recently and there is a thin line of felt like material similar to what is poking through that gap.

Heres an image of what I can find on how it looks like when you take off the panel.

Take it in and have them replace it. Waiting on the dealer to get the final ok from the regional rep. FYI each panel is $3500 bucks.

Wow, $3500 for these door panels? The door panels are probably one of my largest complaints on this car; they creak and the switch gear in them rattles like crazy. Otherwise, this interior is a massive improvement over my 6th gen. Camaro SS.

That's bad; hopefully warrantied!

Where are the "BMW interior quality" cheerleaders now..?

I did not malicious, just think the seller of your car should do sth to make up.I am confused of the reason you guys so angry.
Unfortunately there probably was a language barrier. I think an apology is in order.

Toyota accepted warranty complaint on both door weatherstrips, they are going to replace both sealings. I think these are the ones on the picture, correct? I thought this sealing was glued to the door panel while it's clearly attached to the door itself, therefore I'm wondering if replacing it makes sense. What do you guys think?
