Obviously I swapped out the new MKV badge this evening. It's awesome! I did make a minor modification. I'm OCD regarding precision, balance, level and such. My wife isn't allowed to hang pictures or put stickers on because they are invariably crooked. That's why the the small piece of the K bothered me. It makes the badge unbalanced. I like the symmetry between both sides much better now. High quality stuff Michael - thanks for doing this.

These aren't the best pics from the garage after dark. I'll maybe take a couple more tomorrow in the daylight.

The 5 HP stickers are cool too! Not sure what to do with them though. Suggestions welcome.

I think part of the appeal here (at least for me anyway) may have gone over your head. I like it precisely because I wanted it to look like the BMW M design. The car "is" a BMW after all. It's something I can have some fun with when communicating with the "nice BMW" crowd. I don't give a shit about representing anything. The fact that (in my opinion) it looks really cool and much better than the GR badge is just a bonus. Finally, no you couldn't just slap my badge on your friends M5. The number 5 and Roman Numeral V look nothing alike! I'm surprised they look the same to you? Besides, you can't have mine, the 3M tape has already cured. <-- This is a joke! I'm just having fun with you.

Here's a better pic from a distance in natural lighting. I love the look. And I also found a place for one of the stickers. It's not on the car so I won't get the full 5 HP benefit but I'm thinking since it's on my head while in the car it may at least add 1 or 2 HP.

I also included the last pic just to mess with the I wouldn't do something like that to my Supra crowd. Yes, those are M4 (see what I did there) badges on my MKV Supra. I got a little flak over that too but as has been said, it's my car and I don't care one bit what anyone else thinks about it.

///M colors look really good with the Nitro Yellow paint! I like the sticker on the helmet too.

Not gonna lie…I was initially going to just leave my GR on there, but since I’m kinda selling these badges, I should probably install one. It looks pretty cool!

No lie on the hoodie size. I’m an XL and went 2X and it fits like a non baggy t-shirt. If it shrinks in the wash it will be an L size.

Can’t wait to rock it at my next C&C event.

True, don’t be afraid to order a very large size…you won’t be swimming in it. They’re light hoodies and have more of a sport fit.
