Finally after almost 2 years of owning the car, I got the garage to open from the mirror! After failing 10 more times, I decided to fire the car up and try it. Sure enough, it worked 1st time. Odd but I'm happy.

I think I just found that if I'm cruising in manual and I hold down the left paddle, it will shift down to the most appropriate gear for acceleration. Shortcut or did I imagine it, three or four times?

Well, not much to add other than I am starting to get anxious for the end of track season. I only have 6 planned for Oct and Nov and now that the number is finite, I am starting to look for drywall to chew on.

Yup. End of the race season is upon us. FL2K and WFC is all that's left for us drag racers.

That's ok though. Figure each race is a high 4 figure expense per car, it'll be nice to have some downtime.

Transport: 2k, rental car while there, hotels, airfare, fuel, broken shit... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
