Why isn’t my steering wheel bolt a 16mm socket 😑

Probably a minor supplier/design change. Would be interested to know if yours lines up with other 22s maybe built after a certain date.
I’ll post my VIN when I get back from the store. Annoying because I don’t have a torx that big and I can’t find any documentation. Looks like a T55 I think.

If you plan to work on this car having a torx socket and bit is a good idea. it is used most unexpected places.
For anyone shopping: torx sockets are called external torx or etorx.
