They're usually pretty responsive on Instagram, so I'm surprised to hear that. If you're getting a clone done, you'll likely need to do that stateside anyway. You could have someone like @Louaye @EPC deal with the whole mess for you.

They have a telegram as well you could try. As for ordering from them once I was ready they directed me to email their staff to get this type of I information.

I’d like to say they have always been VERY responsive to me, despite living in another hemisphere.
