I keep getting jerk offs in Infinities wanting to race. Is that a thing? Otherwise, not much attention except from the occasional dude.
Yep, they’re just Nissan drivers that finally made enough money to be talked into an Infiniti rather than the newest Altima.

I had a land rover packed with some chicks slow down on purpose to tell me to do a pull on the freeway so they can record me yesterday... i'm just like "? i have no gas, but sure"

that same night, i went to get gas after installing the new lip, some random guy passing by was like "DAMN, that's a beautiful looking toyota right there! What kind of toyota is this?"

Only have 1400 miles so far but it definitely gets a lot of attention. Seems like people show their appreciation for the car in the worst way possible though. I typically get tailgated with erratic driving then they'll pull up next to me and give me an enthusiastic thumbs up and a smile.

Yes, I always get the reckless drivers tailgating and trying to get in front of me. In their Altimas of course.

Wonder if the Z bois will ever complain about Camrys like we do about Altimas?

If they ever get their Z in the first place.

Driving back from Dallas last week I stopped at a random gas station to grab snacks and gas. Two random people came up to me and started raking pictures and video of the car. One guy said " is that the new 86"? Haha. Once he realized what it was he asked me to start it up and throw a few revs for him. He thoroughly enjoyed the catless dp with track edition RK exhaust.....then a cop came rolling up slowly as well but then drove off. Once back in Little Rock I had a loud ass Charger of some model pull up on me and kept pushing me to run him. After about 3 seconds into the run he quit ? no chance at all.

Every singer charger, challenger, MOPAR stickered car, I swear…. They either hate my car or want to see me step on it. I want a sticker that says “see you on the track” ?

But only if that track is in a straight line. They don’t go anywhere near a track with corners.

My point exactly ?

I think my problem is my car is so fcuking loud! I’d convert her to the touring AWE exhaust (and call @NitroYellowMKV to buy one) if my wife would let me.

I get a lot of people coming by the car in the paddock and asking "what in the He11 is in that thing?" after a track session.

My local track has a Sheets w Ethanol pumps and it is connected to track by an access road so A LOT of us non street legal cars run up there between session to fuel up. We all get a lot looks with open exhausts and downshifts into the pumps.

Saw a Hellcat Charger at my first HPDE. Thing cooked on the main straight but I caught it on the back half in the turns. It did eventually cook its brakes and go off onto the dirt runoff after the main straight about 4 sessions in.
