I'm now just realizing that my back tires are 275/40 not 275/35. Now I know it's a bit taller but when changing them in the future back to 275/35 will I notice it?? I feel the 40's in the back probably fill out the tire gap a lil better no??? And in the future I'm definitely going to 295's anyway maybe 295/40 if it doesn't bother anything.

Those tires look huge. So yeah, you would definitely notice it when you go back to stock size.

They aren't even an inch bigger so the picture just makes them look bigger than they are really.

The factory wheels are 10 inches wide. 295 could fit on it but the contact patch wouldn’t be bigger than on a 285.

So essentially anything larger than a 285 is pointless from a performance point of view. Looks wise if you want a bigger tire than 295 can be okay too.

It’ll definitely throw your speedo off..
And the 295/40 will look very “ bubbly “..
Not necessarily a bad thing if you like a big side walled tire…

Steve
You'll impact the miles on your odometer too -- a very itsy bit though :D
Going from stock to 275/40/R19 is actually a pretty decent impact (2.35 mph and about 4% odometer error). Given our speedos run high anyway, probably makes it more accurate. One other thing to consider is that even though a higher profile tire will fill the wheel well a bit bitter, it actually increases your ride height, which is not ideal from a performance standpoint.

I was thinking about that big time actually, that my supra is raised up so slightly with is crazy because my car now barley makes it up my driveway at a angle now, so if I go down to say 295/35 in the future I hope I'm good!!!

The question to me is why a '22 already has a non-OEM tire in the wrong size. The stock Super Sports should last for at least 20K miles and 275/35/19 is a super common size... so what happened to the OEM tires?

Don't know bought it used from a dealership with 12,500 miles on it already. Hopefully he didn't beat the shit out of it!! Only did that and already bimmercodeed it for me.

Replaced mine in 4k miles. For me it was replacing the wheels, not so much the tires, but stock don't fit 11" wheels.

What I can say, is in 6-7000 miles, I have beat the car all up...12k miles, who knows, but the good news is you still got it young, so it's probably not hurt, just abused, I'd guess.
