I read a few reviews where they praised how the car felt. And further mentioned the low COG and being more rigid than an LFA. It’s clear that your blinders are on because all you can see in your eyes is a failure at this point

How do you do it? Lol

Which review said it’s ‘that rigid’? C&D says it’s nice.. smooth inline 6 and a few other things. How did you conclude ‘that rigid’ from any of the reviews. Please point me to it.

Yes, I’m happy about the after market companies having the access to have products ready. But.. this is a double edged sword. Toyota will void your warranty if you tune your car. Tada can say whatever he wants.. I just don’t see Toyota honoring parts replacements on Cars with ECUs that are tuned.

CAR Magazine and ETFM both describe it as rigid and Top Gear states " It has higher torsional rigidity than the Lexus LFA..."

This holds true with all manufacturer warranties

Yeah, it's pretty clear you don't understand what I mean when I say "facts." Speculations and office cubicle rumors are not facts, im sorry. So, yes I don't pay attention to that "information that has been offered here."

Has any of this been said by Tada?...or Toyota? If so, show me. Otherwise, keep your wise-ass comments to yourself. Thanks.
This has been stated many times in the past

Well.. you seem to have blinders on as well. Waiting for that rare praise to come across and forget everything said in between.

Lol. It’s funny to see how people justify Toyota saving the money to build/borrow a flagship sports car that isn’t a damn Toyota.

No one likes that they are sharing platforms, but part of being an adult is accepting the circumstances around you and making the best out of them. Whining about it every day will not change the reality of this situation. If you do not like the car, move on, no one is forcing you to like it or buy it.

I know it has been mentioned many times, but just like a bunch of other things that have been mentioned many times, I only take into consideration or believe information from Tada's interviews or official Toyota releases. No offense to A70TTR, he sounds like a straight-up guy....but, I personally like getting concrete information from the source.

As far back as I can recall (prove to me otherwise), any talks of the transmission has been from unofficial sources. Has Tada or anyone officially from Toyota stated that the transmission would NOT be a DCT-type? Tada did say, no manual would be offered....but he didn't say that the automatic transmission wasn't going to be a DCT. Correct?

True. Who is whining about it? Praising the car is ok and complaining about it is whining? I went ahead and bought other cars and don’t have any plans of buying this abortion.

But as a sincere fan of Supra, I’ll be around here to understand the thought process behind giving up your honor, tradition and identity in the name of money. Bringing a car with all BMW guts and calling it your own is pathetic. Rather this not be around.

Just to be clear, my description of A70 is a joke. :p
I know, it was just appropriate to use

In the Irish times review,

I think Tada said with a deep sigh that he talked extensively with Toyota to ensure warranty was covered. Details about that is unknown.

Did I hear one of the drivers say that it's a 8-speed ZF transmission without dual clutches???? So, not only are we not getting a manual, but we are getting a true automatic??? Toyota, you better pull some crazy ass card trick here to redeem yourself....because if this is the only transmission option for the Supra, you are dead to me.

Start at 4:07

True automatics of today are not your grandpa's torque converters. They're extremely capable.

Spanish reviewer DiarioMotor video stated that: Tada confirmed to him that door is not closed for a manual transmission. See 5:50.

Personnaly, I'm happy that it's not a DCT. The ZF tranny has been proven to be fast and reliable in other platforms. Having a ZF, will help to keep prices down.
