i don’t check the forums often, but I’m happy to help you. I apologize if I might’ve forgotten to respond you as I help dozens of customers daily.what’s up Supra fam! so I have a few questions and I’m hoping I can get some cool ppl that will answer and not give me the run around. I have seen multiple post on ppl wanting reliable tunes for a daily and what tuner they should go with and what platform. but everyone that replies is like oh go port injection yada yada go botti and this and that like yea I want to be a little faster but I could care less for a 7 second Supra and from what I read those guys build FAST supras tbh my Supra will probably never touch a track and I’d probably never race for money lol and if I did I’d use my hatch lol One of my buddies linked me up with Marshall brown but dudes like 1800 for stage 2 ots map with ecutek and never replied after I asked for how to pay him lol I mean I will pay the price idc but for that price idk if I should just go mhd ots stage 2 or if someone knows somebody that could hook me up with a reliable custom tune so I can put my parts on and drive my car and be a little faster and not have to worry about breaking anything. again I don’t want a super aggressive tune because I drive my car everyday and I plan on putting high miles on it. I seen someone post about Jeff Payne and he said “tell him what your goals are and he will do his best to help you” but I can’t find him anywhere just by looking up his name on fb/insta or even know if that’s the best route to take. or should I just go mhd ots s2? Idk I’m all over the place been recking my brain over this because my parts have just been sitting there for like over a month lol someone please help me?
Tbh I don’t know too much about jb4 you think that’s an actual good route? I see other ppl say they have j4 then get a tune then end up selling the jb4Start with installing the parts that don’t require tune. You can always go the jb4 with custom map(s) by @Jesse DaBears.
What parts do you have that require a tune? My guess would be only a downpipe. Even then, you'd be fine for a while. Intake, exhaust, and minor bolt-ons don't require a tune.Hello Supra community! I have a few questions and I'm hoping to get some helpful answers. I've seen multiple posts from people asking for reliable tunes for their daily driver Supras and which tuner and platform to go with. However, most of the replies suggest going for more extreme modifications, which I'm not interested in. I don't really care about having a 7-second Supra, and to be honest, my Supra probably won't ever touch a track or be used for racing. If I did race for money, I'd use my hatch.
A friend of mine recommended Marshall Brown, but he quoted me $1800 for a stage 2 OTS map with Ecutek and never replied after I asked him how to pay him. I'm willing to pay the price, but for that amount, I'm not sure if I should just go for the MHD OTS stage 2 or if someone knows of a reliable custom tuner who can help me put my parts on and drive my car a little faster without worrying about breaking anything. I don't want a super aggressive tune because I drive my car every day and plan on putting high miles on it.
I saw someone recommend Jeff Payne, who apparently listens to your goals and helps you achieve them, but I can't find him anywhere by searching his name on Facebook or Instagram, and I don't know if that's the best route to take. Should I just go for the MHD OTS stage 2? I'm all over the place and have been racking my brain over this because my parts have been sitting there for over a month. Can someone please help me?
Thanks for the information! Does price vary much between the tuners?First- I made this readable. (Thanks, ChatGPT!)

Botti doesn't just tune fast Supras. He'll tune anything how you like it, much like Jeff will. Marshall's here, he can speak for him and John.

Yeah... who fucking knows. Not intentionally throwing shade but how do folks with this level of diligence (or care) in their spelling and grammar ever get jobs at companies where important information and context is shared daily via email........blows my mind.
