the base tune becomes void. new tuner will provide you with new files, i.e. conservative, 93, E blend, etc., whatever it is you ask for

i want to share my experience. i'm also waiting for a new file from my tuner, who participated at TX2K. he posted his new email schedule, elucidated he'll be traveling and busy, to expect delays, etc. email him and you receive an auto-response with the same explanation. i have zero worries-- if he forgets, i'll email him again

reputable tuners: Sameh, Payn, Mikey, Jesse

I never have issues speaking to Marin. We talk all the time. 0 issues here. I can confirm he was very very sick and recovering now.

For Visconti, my understanding is most of the complaints people have are with regards to his online presence/attitude. The actual tune quality is good and response times are quick. Unless there's something I've missed.

You paid money for a service and they not delivering , fuck em and just expose them online so others are aware for their behavior. They gonna Refuse to refund you anyway even after not finishing the job

Charge back and refund was considered but it’s been too long to dispute with credit card company.

You’re technically still engaged in the service you paid for, right? Have you tried to charge back?

I had an issue like that with my prior tuner, his name rhymes with gain

sent a couple logs out, was told he’d get back to me, never did. Sent a couple of follow up emails, never got anything back.

Got tired of the non responsiveness, switched tuners and went with Zach out CSG, since he’s local, and have heard fabulous things about him.

Zach always gets back same day, and will always inform you of any delays and i appreciate that.

I had similar issues with this specific tuner as well. My tune is still not finished nearing a year…. I usually get responses & revisions every 1-2 months so let’s not blame the non responsiveness on TX2K. At this point, I’ll cut my losses.

Made the switch to Zack and couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service. He usually gets back to me within 24 hours and provide recommendations/guidance to ensure you enjoy your tune and not damage your car.

For what it’s worth, Zach finished my custom tune in a week. My car runs 100% better then the previous tune.

Just throwing an idea out there, ever consider your “base map” is a fine tuned map for your car and doesn’t need any revisions or changes?

Then I would love to receive an email or any type of communication stating so. Oh well, it's only been 3 weeks since I sent the logs, I'll wait some more. If he's legit sick I really hope he'll get well soon.
