Yes but that’s for the last Gen z4Does that say 6 speed manual in German? On the left column?
That’s right, Captain_Kirk asked for it.Yes but that’s for the last Gen z4
Please note that the M2 Competition for 61.9 k€ is with manual transmission.Z4 sDrive35is: €57,900 with taxes
Z4 M40i: €51,218 plus VAT = €60,949 with taxes
M2 Competition = €61,900 with taxes
So around 5% more expensive than previous generation in the German market, and basically same price as M2 competition.
ppl saying the I6 will start at 50K is out of their frigging mind(i secretly hope they are correct but there's just no way). chances are the I6 will start at 57K and top out at 68K
lol i hope to be proved wrong but i have very little faith in how toyota will price this car. folks who think "look ma my supra runs circle around a corvette and it's cheaper" are going to be very disappointed next year.

For me, if the 4 cylinder is comingThis is a tough question and I think even Toyota will have a tough time pricing this car with all the competition since HP is so cheap today.
I believe the models will stack as follows for the US market (mind you, I believe the car is a hard sell even at my predicted prices until I drive the car first hand).
GT86: $26,400 - $32,400 (Base - TRD Respectively from Toyota USA)
230i: $35,000 (according to BMW USA)
Supra 30i: $40,000 (my prediction)
M240i is $45,800 (according to BMW USA)
Z4 30i: $47,000 (currency converted from BMW UK)
Supra 40i: $50,000 (my prediction)
Z4 M40i: $56,500 (currency converted from BMW UK)
M2 Comp: $59,000 (according to BMW USA)
Although the GT86 doesn't compete with the 230i, it is important to mention. I believe the Supra won't be as cheap as it's 2 series equivalent because the Supra 30i would compete too much with the GT86 and will be using more quality materials, sound deadening etc. But if the supra price goes up too much, it won't be able to compete with mustangs, corvette's, Z's, and many sports cars with varying trims.
I think there is some confusion here. The 20i and 30i are both 4 cyl B48's. I was under the impression the 20i Supra would not be available in the US.For me, if the 4 cylinder is coming
Supra 20i: 42.700.
Supra 30i: 49,600
Supra 40i: 54,900
I recall A70 saying you can get the 86 20k less instead of the 4 cylinder, but regardless, 10-18g is a huge deposit for most people and I'd imagine that's a good gate keeper from the 86 to the lowest supra trim.
This business model allows people to get the 4 cylinder at a cheap rate and separate it from the high trims as the 30i will be using a six cylinder, ie, more power and the top trim will likely have more upscale interior and power but not as much as the 4 cylinder hiking to the 6.
Granted, they could say fuck it and make the 40i creep to 58k, but I still think Toyota has common sense to get people in the door and buy it because it's cheaper than the competition.
