Anyone know the difference between the 3 stock rear pad choices?

Well, if you have a MY2021 A91, the 04466-WAA03 is the correct OE pad. As far as the differences go, I know one of them is for the Base model, which has slightly smaller brakes, and the other one is likely just a production date split and possibly a slight reformulation of the friction compound, but I'm not going down that rabbit hole now that I've found the correct one for you.

If you’re looking for new pads might be worth checking on pads that minimize brake dust. It takes longer for me clean the rims then wash the body of car….
