Why did Toyota include the black part surrounding (and inside) the Toyota logo? Why not just have it in chrome just like on previous concepts, just like the GR Supra Racing Concept. But the Supra NASCAR race car, it also has that black portion surrounding the logo. I wonder why.... It doesn’t look any good with the black stuff. I prefer it with just the chrome Toyota logo.

Anyone else noticed that they moved the location of the backup cam from the trunk lid to under the plate area.

Unless I'm seeing things, there is a button on the right inside, under the brim of the sombrero. Maybe a trunk release.

I'm pretty sure he is talking about the little black dot above the Toyota logo on the GR Supra concept.

On current Toyotas if they have a badge like that there are sensors behind it for the TSS-P safety system, but that's only on the front badge. My guess is there is something integrated into the badge.
(not the chrome sombrero, the other one)

It doesn't even get the sporty and exclusive gun metal gray Toyota emblem? It goes with the traditional chrome like the rest of the Toyotas. That's weak.

Emblems are moving in that direction. When looking back on the Supra, it will be period correct.

Lexus is in the process of moving everything to this style emblem as well.

It is what it is.

I quess there will be different style emblems, air passage trim pieces, lips, skirts etc etc for this car... before you can say "2jz conversion" ;)
