Hey, y'all. Plan to pair this wheel with Mickey 305/45R17. I'm reasonably confident this will fit. It's 20mm taller in the arch than my current setup, but pulled in ~7mm towards the hub to make more clearance around the quarter panel. Please note I'm lowered on RS-R Super Down springs, which are approx 1.5" lower in the rear.

Anyone have any advice that might steer me in a different direction?

I'm running a 18x10.5+34 with a 295/35.

This should be fairly similar to your setup. I compared my current setup (Wheel 1) and your proposed setup (Wheel 2) on a wheel calculator, hope this helps.

Most likely gonna rub. I ran the 305/45 on welds and the MKV spec is 17x10 and +40. it was tight as is, and I think that 0.5" wider wheel may not work well with that drop

I ran the welds on 305/45/17. On swift springs rubbed the fender liner which I wasn’t terribly worried about but the zL1 add on mud flap bolts were a totally different story (didn’t work). Idk if this helps but I went back to stock springs better all around for performance.

after going back to stock springs did the 17x10.5 with 305/45 tires rub at all, including with the mud flaps back on?

thanks

Nope. My setup is wider and worse than before so I took the middle bolts out all together now. No issues still.
