Purchasing in Texas 3.0 premium manual in black with driver assist package, carbon fiber mirror caps, trunk liner, and paint protection pkg. Just need to be shot straight here what do you guys think?
I would shop that around and call dealerships across the country. I bought my 2023 A91 CU Later Grey in February 2023 for exactly $63,500 but it took me a lot of calling across the country after countless dealerships wanted a $10k+ markup on msrp. Keep searching. The Premium should be in the mid $50k’s.

Time of year and location, etc.. play a big role but that is not at all current reality. Even used ones are going for more than that around the Southeast. The absolute cheapest MT I've seen in the last 6-8 weeks was a '23 with 7k miles and it was 56.9k. New '24s are still marked up here.

TL;DR -- OP should take the 2k discount and run!

It looks like they're giving you 24k for your car but you still owe about $21k, am I reading that correctly?

Also is the Supra gray or is your CX-5 gray?
The mazda is grey, the supra is nocturnal. Guys I really appreciate your input here thank you very much Im happy to be part of the supra you seem like a good bunch of dudes!

I'd tell them to take that inventory tax off of there and make the deal. I saw a couple other people checked your trade value and seems to check out. Nothing looks off as long as everything in this quote includes tax etc and there are no other hidden fees. The addons you listed all seem to check out as well.

I don't see any reason not to take this deal if it's what you want and definitely seems like a fair one.

the purchase price for car with or without extra is a very good price. Will not find better Pricing for MT Supra. If you like it go for it!

personally my old eyes sees your trading a 21k car debt for a 55k car debt. Always a wonderful idea to have nice things until life slaps you in the face down the road. As my coworkers tell me, I’m an old fart and YOLO!
yes I own a Supra 20 years later after I wanted one.

Actual MSRP with the options indicated is $62,168 so the dealer-added paint package is an extra $536. Not terrible considering Southeast Toyota requires the $699 Toyoguard BS on all deals.

Post a photo of the actual window sticker, or you can give me the VIN so I can retrieve it. It still sounds like a solid deal, and at least you're not upside down on the trade-in.

The paint protection film from factory is just front end protection. They have 1 that covers a small section of the hood (which the factory will install), and 1 that covers just the bumper (this one they don't install because they don't want to cover any of the sensors on the bumper, but sell you the part). I have the one for the hood on my car, I think MSRP was $395 installed

Let’s say you can shop for months and save 2k. Are you going to let 2k keep you from buying your dream car? If everything about this car checks all the boxes then get it.

Seems like a good deal. I’ve not seen any discounts on new Supra MT except in Hawaii. Everything else is marked up or at MSRP with dealer add ons at best.

Don’t listen to this guy. He is on crack. There are no Supra MT in the mid $50k.

I thought the 6MT Premiums could be had in the mid $50ks if you look hard enough? Either the videos or people I’ve talked to are lying or prices have not come down due to high interest rates. In all honesty, I haven’t looked around for a year and a half so I probably shouldn’t be speaking.
