New member, question.

I just picked up my new 2024 45th anniversary addition. My previous obsession sits next to the Supra in the picture below.

I have a side gig caliper rebuild and powder coat business that does fairly well. The evo community is a good group of folks. But it appears there isn’t as big niche for powder coating items. Maybe that mostly due to the evos being older and brembo’s horrible clear coat pealing.
I did order a set to play with so I can powder a set for myself to match with the orange.

@razorlab is our resident Evo guy. He can't go ten minutes without telling someone he owned evos and now is the largest tuner in the northeast for a specific niche of customers.

lol it’s really not the diff, it’s the transfer case. But I don’t think I’ll share those stories on a Supra community page.

Just testing the waters. I ship in the states so not just Illinois. I didn’t want to break any forum rules by posting a for sale thread without doing it correctly. If there is any interest then I’ll find a couple sets and do some samples.

I do have a ton of pictures of the Evo and STi calipers I’ve done for customers, if anyone is interested.

I didn’t join the community as a powder coater, I joined to learn more about the Supra. But I enjoy powder coating calipers and I can powder coat and learn at the same time.

So far, my Brembos are holding up great after 3 years.
Welcome to the Supra community and your offer will definitely spark interest of anyone wanting to change their caliper color.

So you're happy to let some random guy out of the blue on an internet forum rebuild your callipers for you if you get a pretty colour for free? No disrespect to the OP but it's brakes we are talking about here and who is he? A guy that works in a powder coating factory?

I never said anything about him rebuilding them? As with any powder coater that I would use, I would completely disassemble the caliper myself and send them just the parts that need coating. Then it’s on me if they fail after putting them back together.
